phasizes how to challenge and change

institutional racial inequities. Participants
will learn key concepts in structural racism,
including the difference between diversity,
equality and equity, the definition and role of
implicit bias, the four levels of racism and
gain practical tools and viable strategies for
counteracting unconscious bias by explicitly
and effectively addressing racial equity at
the intersections.
